Day 3 of the New Year and things are going well, so far we are sticking to our goals for the most part. I really want to start working out at some point, but still trying to figure out when the best time to do it is. With having the kids I am having a hard time figuring that out. I think I may try tomorrow when the big kids are at school. Any advice?? We have a workout game for the Xbox that I am going to try as well as running on the treadmill. What are some things I should know? Those of you with kids, when do you work out? Is it easier to do it at a gym or at your house?? HELP!
