We are having Thanksgiving dinner at our house this year and this is the first year that I am in charge of doing it all by myself. So since its not even 7am and we have already had two problems...I have decided to share the issues of the day with all of you...so that I am venting instead of totally freaking out.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

5:45 am - Wake up to find that our 6 year old daughter Emma has been awake since 12:30 am...she thought it was noon.  Not good.

6:43 am - After searching for the giblets for about 20 minutes we decided that our Turkey must not have a bag of them, so we started cooking it.  At 6:43 I finally figured out that there are TWO cavities, we removed the bag and the Turkey is now cooking again. :)
