Hearty Northland Family?

by David Kuharski

It's an annual tradition!  The Christmas City of the North Parade (cue Merv Griffin) was this past Friday.  Thousands packed both sides of Superior Street in downtown Duluth.  My family was among those descending on the downtown for the get-together, that's held on the Friday before Thanksgiving.  So, there we were--in the 15 degree temperatures and light snow?  No, instead yours truly thought watching the parade from the sky walk over Superior Street was the best way to go.  So, the question is--on a scale of 1-10, one being 'WUSS' & ten being (cue the Paul Bunyan deeper-than-deep voice) 'HEARTY NORTHLAND FAMILY!', where would you place us?  Why?
