Here Are the Game Day Activities the Team Has Planned For Monday Night

by Paul Heling

Here's what's going on around the game Monday night before and during our win over Chicago (wink).

  • Game day temperature is forecast at a high of 51 (low of 45) with wind.

  • Halftime entertainment from Extreme Martial Arts Entertainment...  it's martial arts with dance moves as seen on America's Got Talent.

  • No flyover... military flyovers have been suspended due to government sequestration.

  • National Anthem performed by John Vincent as four large American flags are unfurled.  General Googling shows he's a singer at Mike Ditka's Steakhouse (hmmmm, we're not sure about this one) and a Frank Sinatra impersonator, whatever floats your boat we guess.

  • Remember the Leo Frigo Bridge is out of order until January if that's normally on your route.

  • Fans can donate their old cell phones before the game to Verizon's HopeLine program.  The phones are redistributed to survivors of domestic abuse.  Pretty cool, nice work Verizon.

  • There will be a display of original Superman costumes in the Lambeau Field Atrium in honor of the upcoming "Man of Steel" movie.

  • Chad Clifton and Aaron Kampman are the alumni that will be making appearances including the Tundra Tailgate Zone, Packers Pro Shop, and Legends Club.

  • What's the giveaway item?  Fans get a Packer car flag when they come in.

  • Go Pack!
