Two ways to get in Eka Pada Koundinyasana I

    I must say, ask me 10 years ago if I would ever been blogging about Yoga, and the answer would have been flat out, h*ll no.  However, here I am at 26 blogging about my newfound love for practicing of Yoga, and I can't say I could be happier about it.  Physical activity has always been the center of my life, but Yoga always seems slow and boring.  That is until my wife starting doing these ridiculous arm balances in our living room after her practice.  This instinctual competitiveness I have inside me wouldn't allow her to be the only person having fun!  Next thing I know, I love Yoga.  The short sessions, long ones, fast, slow, I dont care because it is so energizing, relaxing, and fun.  Anyways, enough about my story.  

Here are 2 ways you can take to the pose Eka Pada Koundinyasana I.  This is one of my favorite poses to do because it incorporates twisting the torso while maintaining balance.
