Family Kicked Off Plane For Tweeting About Bad Service

We had A LOT to say about this story today. We feel the gate agent was horrible to this family. Check this out and let us know if you agree or not.

A family from Minnesota area was kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight because of a tweet that the father posted online.

The man is an A-list passenger which means he gets priority boarding , but a gate agent wouldnt let his 6 and 9-year-old children board with him.

Duff Watson said he didn't want to leave his kids to board alone so he waited after questioning the gate agent.

Before boarding he said, Real nice way to treat an A-list. Ill be sure to tweet about it.

He then tweeted, Wow, rudest agent in Denver. Kimberly S, gate C39, not happy @SWA, and within minutes they were asked to get up and leave the plane.

The employee felt that her safety was threatened because of the tweet . He was forced to delete the tweet before being allowed to re-board.

Southwest apologized for the incident and gave him three $50 vouchers , but he says he wont fly Southwest Airlines again.
