  • Ten Days of Perfect

Have you ever had a book hangover? This is what a book hangover is. It is when you finish reading a book and you cannot get into another book. At all. No matter what book it is. This is happening to me right now after reading Andrea Randalls Ten Days of Perfect. This book was awesome. I don't have words in my vocabulary to describe this book. It completely took me by surprise! I knew it would be good based on the recommendations I had read, but I had no idea how good. In my opinion, this book is HUGELY under rated.

  • Saving Grace

This book kept me up way later than I should have been and caused me to ignore my children for a short time, don't worry, they don't mind. :D I fell in love with every character from the moment they were introduced. Julie Hill does a phenomenal job of sucking you in from page one. I got a little worried at a couple spots in the book where I thought things might turn a certain way, but in the end, the way everything came together made sense, and it was totally worth the angst it caused. This book sat on my Kindle for way too long so don't make the same mistake! Get it and read it right away!

  • The Thompson Sisters

Recently I came across author Charles Sheehan-Miles. Not only is he an amazing person, with an extremely kind heart, but he is also one of my favorite authors to date. For me as a reader, it really sticks with me when I read something that changes me as a person. It takes a lot to do that, because I read a lot of books. Both of these books changed me. Especially A Song for Julia. There was a scene in this book that helped me through one of the biggest struggles in my life. You have to read these. They do not need to be read in any particular order and as of my writing this A Song for Julia the kindle version is only $.99 on Amazon. If you are looking for something to read that will touch your soul. Try these! You will love the Thompson sisters as much as I do!

  • Funniest Trilogy I have Ever Read

If you are looking for something different to read, this is your answer. This three book series by Tara Sivec is by far the funniest I have have ever read. Each one is funnier than the next and the story line pulls you in right from the start. If you have issues with cussing, these books are not for you, but if you are looking for a book that will literally make you laugh out loud then for sure check these out!!

  • Welcome to the best Book Blog you will ever read!

    Posted by Addi Scott

I have a huge passion for books. Like seriously, some might call it an obsession. I fall in love with characters, sometimes have days of "book hangovers" where I just cannot seem to focus on anything. Most people I know know this about me so I am constantly being asked to recommend books, or just what I am currently reading. I primarily read indie authors but occasionally will crack open a traditionally published one if someone recommends it. So this blog is going to be book reviews, author interviews, and new releases that I think you all should check out! So tell your friends, your family and your dog if you want, that the Through The Booking Glass is the place to go to find new awesome books! If you ever read something and think I should read it please feel free to send me recommendations!! Thanks for checking it out!
